The first step to dreaming consciously is to remember your dreams.

The first step to remembering your dreams is to write down whatever dreams or dream snippets you remember.

So get out a pen and paper and put them beside your bed.

Write the request “I want to remember my dreams” on the paper before you go to bed.

In the morning write anything you remember, even if its a single image or emotion.

Rinse. Repeat.
